Sit Manu for the rest of the game. In fact send him to the hot tub right now. He's worthless and will be until he gets better. This game is over. Why not give him some badly-needed rest?
Manu needs to sit in the second. He can't drive, his shot is off, and he can't move at all on D - Walton and Sasha embarrassed him. His ankle must be very bad. He's also getting roughed up on every play by the Fakers, so they know he's hurt.

But it's not surprising our offense looks like when Manu gets put on the court with four guys who can't shoot, or when Pop is shuffling his damn lineups so much that the guys look over and don't even know who's beside them from one play to the next.
No one can get in a rhythm when Pop is shuffling his lineup every dead ball. This ain't the preseason. Get your players back in their system in their comfort zone.
And for the love of God, quit relying so damn much on Finley and Horry.
And tell Parker to quit shooting three pointers.

Also Pop is a GREAT coach the SUNS OR BULLS would KILL to have Pop as their coach and before this season i would of even traded Phil for him but Phil has always had the BETTER Team but i dont believe this Laker team is better yet ...but Kobe is a HUGE factor in our favor ...normally Bowen shuts down the the opposing top player Paul and Kobe are the only two i have seen dominate Bowen ...consistently Lebron Mcgrady have had moments ...

Awtalk, I am a huge Spurs fan, but I can't find anything in the 1st half to leads me to believe they can win this game. Maybe the change in venue in games 3 and 4 will help them...actually it will help them.
Screw Pop... the players on this team have too much heart to fold... even if we lose this game we can still tie it 2-2. No quitters!

The Spurs defense looks pretty good. Offensively, it's difficult when it has now become 100% either Duncan or Parker who has to create anything. When the other team only has to guard two players, it's tough to score.
The good news is the Spurs should be down about 25 points with the way they played in the first half. Gotta believe that the team will turn it around in the second half and someone will get hot.
We Spurs fans need a miracle.

It makes me sick reading all the comments of lame fair-weather spurs "fans." Have some faith, and loyalty. There's no way we lose this series... and imo... we are winning this game tonight.
I expect a great second half. We got the terrible half out of the way already. Look for Tim to dominate, Tony to be energized, and Manu to play inspired. We got this.
For the record... Pop > Phil, and it's not even close.
Just like the "it's only february" comments. Guess what super fans, it's ing May/June and the Spurs still have a astic offense!
