Ray Allen and Paul Pierce sucking like Flavor of Love contestants didn't help KG at all. KG had more field goals than Pierce and Allen combined.
Do you want to start talking about the shots he passed up, the times he didnt call for the ball and the amount of time he spent crying on the bench?
He's always shied away from taking big shots down the stretch in crunch time, and defers way too much for a player of his caliber.
Go for it. KG's also the only Celtic to score a bucket in the final four minutes of the game. Ray Allen only put up 8 attempts. KG didn't play great. But, why is he made and Allen and Pierce aren't?
KG is supposed to be the top dog in Boston. Winners always want the ball in their hands and KG doesn't reflect that at ude.

I am watching the game again ( I DVR'd it) its laughable the he passed up in the second half... Give me a break with this guy... all the shots he passed up, led to TO's or bad shots...
Because it's not just about him folding. He's not a clutch player. That's one of his flaws as a player. So why should it surprise anyone at this point when he doesn't perform great in the clutch? It shouldn't. He's heard the criticism for years. It's well established. That's what Paul Pierce is for. That's what Ray Allen is for. They are the ones who should be winning games for the Celtics. Ray Allen missed two clutch free throws. Pierce shot 3-for-14. So, why is the criticism directed at KG?
And how great did Ray Allen and Paul Pierce play in the second half? The entire game for that matter?
Same reason criticism is thrown unfairly at Dirk when the Mavs fail.
The best player or the player expected to be the go to guy will get the blame if it's their fault or not.
Although KG deserves much more criticism than anyone else. Those league of clutch commercials are crap. Peja is more clutch than he is.

I'm sorry, but I didnt hear their name's in the MVP discussion, I didnt see them sucking off Bill Russell and I havent seen them fail over and over again like KG has....

And about Dirk...he has played better in the clutch more than KG ever has for his team. And he actually takes all those shots.
And it is better to be physically "abused" than to act like an idiot like KG does on the court but play like a scared pussy when the game is close.
I don't mind KG as a player, but his phony toughness on the court is annoying.
They both ing blow ass... KG has to win this series for me to change my opinion of hiim...
