    2 1/2, but that's standard for Kobe.
Talking out of your ass. That was a travel. But I'm glad we played hard enough to negate it. Unlike some gots

I know they did, but sometimes they need to in man up. There's a reason like this continues to happen to them every other year.

Why doesn't this ever happen to a Phil Jackson coached team? Kobe would have gotten the call. And if he hadn't, u'd be damn sure he'd be screaming and hollering postgame and you'd be sure the refs/league would do something about it.
Kobe got zero FT's tonight. So I'm not sure he would have gotten that call.

Hey, where's the Tim Duncan three-step-dunk thread?
Probably got merged with the Kobe three step travel 4-5 times a game thread.

It really doesn't matter. We had several oppurtunities to take the lead. We blew out. Even if the foul was called, Barry wouldn't have shot three.

However, its not over until its over. I still believe.

It was a foul. 2 shot foul. But Fisher's shot hit the rim so it's a non story to me.
So glad to hear you don't mind being handed a win.

Spurs are classy, seems like not all their fans follow suit. You need a timeout.
Yes, the players and coach are very classy. The fans?....

There you go. POP says "IT WAS A PROPER NON CALL, IF I WAS THE OFFICIAL I WOULD NOT HAVE CALLED THAT FOUL"

    Deal with it!
This reaction is understandable from laker fan. You people have just never heard a coach with dignity, honor, and class before.

Every time the Lakers are attempting a 3 in the game 5 the Spurs need to jump on the player...

    It's not a foul.

They have to sell it for it to be a foul.

Just jump on the guy when they are shooting...that's all you gotta do.
    I like your smile....

you're overlooking how Tony was fouled on the Lamar goal tend. It should have been an and 1. Even resetting the clock makes it max 3 pts, but the way the lakers were clanking them FTs who knows. Nevertheless, you're not suppossed to get away with an apparent hip check when the game is on the line.

Since I'm not Suns fan, we'll see what happens thursday.

I will agree that the Spurs probably deserved to lose. They played like most of the game, Ginobili was a no show, they were getting outhustled and outcoached.

That being said, it just sucks that the game (and the Spurs season) came down to such a blatant no-call.

Seriously...this wasn't a speed of the game call...

Fisher ing jumped on him so he couldn't shoot. It was right there in the middle of the court for every one to see...

You can't ing jump on a dude when he's taking a shot...that's bull ing .

    Weak...

LakerFans are so corrupt it's sickening...

What ing deceitful filth they are. They root for rapists, they cheer blatantly corrupt calls...

    Filth.

Kobe attacked the Rim a total of 4 times and got calls, but not shooting. Kobe has settled for jumpers which is the spurs strategy.

Alright I've calmed down. And I now have to reverse my initial thoughts.

Looking at the replays, it does appear that Fishers shot hit the rim, and the final play we saw should never have happened.

The no-call didn't determine the game.

Rebounding. Manu the Invisible Ghost. Poor Shooting. Those are valid reasons for losing this one, but the last play isn't.

Drop the whole conspiracy theory garbage. Suck it up and get ready for game 5. Hopefully the close finish inspires the Spurs.

As much as I hate the Spurs, it was a foul by Fisher, but without Barry being in shooting motion. That's probably why the refs let it go, for calling it might not have helped the Spurs at all in case Barry's ensuing 3 had gone in.

Besides, the goal-tending call in the previous Parker layup was iffy at best. So, the refs had nothing to do with the game outcome.

lol, so they blow a call against the Lakers and it's fine, but they miss a call against the Spurs and OMG ITS NOT FAIR.

Kobe averaged 16 FTs a game against Utah, shot 0 tonight. Wow
Why does everyone bring this up like Kobe should be guaranteed doube digit FT attempts? They see a foul, you go to the line. Sure, over the course of a series should be somewhat even, but there are too many variables to act like that statement alone is a good argument.

Foul gets called.. barry makes both free throws we def win in overtime at home..

game 5 the FAKERS are so upset we steal one from them at home and take it back to SA to finish the series..

I highly doubt either east team would have a shot vs us with the confidence we'd be riding after being near dead and then coming back winning tonights game and then the series!!

    I am sooooooooo pissed!!

1 freaking no call just cost us a le

is there anyway we can protest the game.. this is beyond ridiculous and i will never watch NBA again.

bull . He was fouled in the act of shooting 5+ times tonight, no call.

Besides that, Barry shuffled his feet on the last play. Stop making ing excuses for your sorry ass inferior team. Lakers are winning this in 5.
