pooh should go jack off to an '04 Pacers game. Except any game from the ECF's.
it, count me in.
Lets go guys!!
Exactly my point. The Lakers are dead. Maybe Taps is just what they need to get the memo.
Regardless, the Spurs will deliver the message soon enough.
Only for the Pacers pathetic franchise...
If the Spurs pull this off they would kill whoever they play in the Finals.
Manny you ing rule. You've actually got me in a good mood now after a ty ing loss. Man I love SpursTalk!
No thanks, I'll take an english muffin.
But keep trolling, you'r reaching new depths of tyness.
MannyIsGod is one of Mouse's top 5![]()
Well I'm pretty sure I saw Manny and Mouse in the same room at the same time once. I think...
@ Manny. CIA Spurs all the way!
I agree. I wanted to crawl under a rock and drink myself into oblivion when the game ended the way it did. Horrible night all around, but I want to believe so bad. Manu simply can't go out like this. He's too good. Our team is too good.
Fight damnit, fight.

This is where we weed out the fairweather bandwagon fans.
deja vu with those timvp threads
I don't knowq which one is after game 2 and which after game 4![]()
We are going to come back and win this. So many great thing has happened for us in the playoffs: improbable game 1 win against Suns, winning game 7 against the tough Hornets. It's time for us to make the greatest come back ever![]()
As down as I feel right now, I still feel like the Spurs can bring about a monster comeback. I've said my piece about the Barry no-call, and I've said my piece about game 1. To this point, the Spurs haven't done enough to win the series.
However, with some better play and a little luck, the Spurs could be celebrating at the end of game 7 and moving on to the finals.
I still believe.
Wow, this is the type of cult mentality that results in hundreds of "followers" drinking rat poison to "get one step closer to bliss". And you guys operate in everyday society? That's in' scary.
I'm pussing out 100% and giving up. It's too much like work. Honestly, I'm tired just from watching the Spurs. It actually hurts to watch Manu play. I know these mofos are worn down because I am worn down just from watching them. Call it a year and don't get injurd trying to win games that will be rendered meaningless.
Even if we get past the Lakers...we aren't winning the finals after this meatgrinder.
Brutal post season...and we go the most brutal part of it...the Hornets series took much out of us, and then the scheduling offered no reprieve, and Phil has got the Lakers playing great D on younger legs, plus Pop ed us in the first game. And Joey put the final dagger in.
All in all...it's been a good run.
I can't be mad at this team and I no longer crave NBA les as I once did because the Spurs have given us so many. I really and truly don't give a about repeating except to shut up all the asshats that say you have to do it...these guys are just losers that don't know .
The hunger just isn't there anymore.
Let Parker and Manu play their National TEam this summer...tank like a mofo during the regular season developing Splitter and Ian...get a nice young 2.
And then the next offseason sign all the Laker FA shooters that Phil is turning into clutch shooters...he's real good at doing that.
Make one more run with Duncan.
Sometimes you just gotta call it a loss and cash in you chips...if it aint your year it aint your year.
We should make a count of the people dropping like flies.
I can sympathize with them though...this 2008 season has been drainningg...
but I love this team too much.
it's really just one game at a time. If there's one team the spurs can comeback on it's this Laker team. We're going to need Timvp to be right though.
believe
It is what it is...I'm not really in the mood to get pissed off about it. Yes it sucks but really...they're just worn out. You can see it written all over their faces...
And I do think they played their asses off tonight, they had a shot at winning that f'n game and it took the most blatantly blown call in NBA history to deny them, but it's obvious they are f'n hurting. My life will not improve one iota if they win...and I already know what it feels like to see your team win a championship.
If you get all emotional about it then you are just going to blast htem if they lose...when really, you'd just be whipping the horse that has dropped right before the finish line.
The Spurs deserve better than that.
There's nothing wrong with their heart.
There's nothing wrong with their desire to win.
They're just out of gas.
The Spurs have delivered the message. 4 championships in 9 years. That's a lot of message to me. With that said, the Spurs are yesterday's news. They simply got old. It happens to the best of us.
