The Spurs charter is blocking the flight info I guess...per the Spurs request. At lest as far as I can tell.
I just checked the listings at:
http://flightaware.com
They usually show all the flights, but a strange situation is happening tonight. They show a flight from
L.A. arriving San Antonio at 11.45PM Thurs night, which obviously can't be our boys,
but the next listing is not until 1.30PM Friday afternoon, which is not a charter but a
Southwest Airlines flight, and the Spurs don't travel by airline.
Usually they fly with Champion Air, a charter company, but there are NO CHARTERS
shown, from any of the Los Angeles area airports to San Antonio, so it looks like either
they're driving to Phoenix to catch a flight (just kiddin) or Big Brother has pulled the listing
on their charter plans.
It definitely is NOT on the posting board, which is unusual. Never seen this before.
You can go to the above link at flightaware.com and snoop around for yourself.
All these listings are based on the FILED FLIGHT PLANS, which don't happen
on a moments notice. Their captain will have a flight plan filed several hours before
the planned departure, which means it should show up, and that it doesn't
suggests someone has pulled their plans from the board.

The Spurs won't be at the airport. They're gonna spend the night sleeping on the plane again (remember, that was the first lame excuse used), and then they're landing on the strip next to the fishing pond. BRING YOUR POLES!
Flightaware.com has all the flight plans filed for arrivals to San Antonio right up thru Friday afternoon, and that applies no matter whether it's airline, charter, private bizz jet or whatever, so if their flight plan is not listed, it's a clear sign someone is covering this up. They are definitely saying they don't want anyone knowing the team's travel plans, but my guess would be, they'll stay in LAX tonight cuz if they leave NOW, they won't be arriving until about sunrise, cuz of the time change.
Personally, what the is there to gain from roaming around the SAT airport in the wee hours of the morning? Good way to get arrested for some chicken charge.

there was one time in the playoffs the Spurs lost to the LA Lakers and one article mentioned Tim Duncan went home alone. I mean separated from his crew.
Remember in 2006, when there was news footage or something of just two guys showing up for the Mavs plane at the airport??
