Tell me where you live, how big your house is, and what condition it's in.
If I like it, I'll give you an offer.
Jim hasn't apologized so I might have 10k to offer you up front.
Is that an apology?

Quick and easy. 3 bdrm/ 2 1/2 bath, 2450 sq. ft in the Retreat at Ingram Hills. 2 year old house, end of a cul-de-sac. Lots of friendly, hardworking neighbors. No crime (so far). Large game room upstairs. Big attic.
There you go.
How much?
Midge is also looking for a house.
Jim, youre society's equivalent of "corporate middle management".
Better than most, benefits of none.
Way it goes, my man. Way it goes.
You need a business plan to be a Life Coach?

I could tell you how much the county says it's worth, but we all know they're full of... it. I'll ask the old man how much he'd be willing to put it up for and get back to you. Did I mention the huge master bedroom and walk-in closet?
you should be happy you aren't getting one. This country will be sunken by it's own debt in 15 years, you getting a rebate check will only add to the problem. I love how we are operating the biggest deficit in the history of our country yet our government has the balls to s out this money to people. It's all an election year crock of , and people wouldn't need this $600 if they were smart with their money in the first place and got us in this mess we are in...but citizens follow their leaders and as long as our leaders think money grows on trees so will it's citizens. end rant.... but wait till China takes over the US and all the proud, chest beating Americans have to eat crow and pay back the man
No, that plan is already in place, its paying quite well thank you. So I'm on to the next project.
i didn't see my 1500 bux...pinche tio sam kept that ...said i owed him or something...whatever...chinga tu madre samuel! now my big screen will have to wait...
I think the ashbeeigh car/credit thread is a perfect example of how the typical American just flat doesn't listen...they already have the answers![]()
Sounds good.
Props to Jimcs50.
Hopefully I can be half as successful. I don't think I'd be able to work that hard.
American's as a whole are not financially responsible, and that is proven by the mess we are in. Seriously, who the signs up for a A.R.M.?--people that want more than they can afford. People buy boats, cars, houses, everything when they can't afford half of it. The problem is that our government does the same thing. They are in a war that costs us a average of 22 billion dollars a month--A MONTH!! Right now our national debt is growing at a rate of $1,000,000 a minute--yet they apporve tax cuts for the top 5% in America. So let me make sure I get this right: the unwealthy join the military because they can't afford school on their own, they go to war and risk their lives--but they are also paying for it because they don't see those same tax cuts. meanwhile, the wealthy sit at home watch the war on TV, while their kids are off a private college...and the money they save on their taxes is stashed away in a bank never to be seen again (remember the wealthy are also the cheapest). I know I'm twisted in some of my views, but everyone has to admit that what has been happening in the past will not work in the future. This country is about to his a giant brick wall and everyone's eyes will be shocked when those days come. Here is something else to look forward to a couple years down the road...end of social security funds...wow you think America has a mess on it's hands now!
I wonder if seas will boil the blood of Christmas past.
