im excited about the offseason, i think we'll make the right moves and ensemble the right team to win it all for 09.
I am still sad about how spurs shoot in playoffs....damn whining suns and surging hornets really draw spurs stamina. We need reliable scorer other than big 3..Fin was lost, Horry was pathetic, it hurts to see ur team got beaten up that way. I dont buy that we're too old, but we definitely need fresh blood to juice up our offense just in case big 3 got a rough day.
I know from the way we handle our budget its not going to happen...but I hope RC learn something from it and install proven scorer (Artest or Magette) even if we have to burn our MLE (last time i recall we use our MLE was....10.000BC??). Im gettin sick and tired to hear that we cant afford it blabla...just look at how other team spend their money (Denver,Celtics,Lakers,Suns,Dallas,Knicks). Keep saving the luxury tax (Holts love this) at the price of in the back of our mind, we know that we can get more talents. If we play expiring contracts player right, we could get additional space cap,just look at other team if you dont believe me. But i guess it will never happen anyway..just a thought
Anyway, I believe that 2009 will be our year, its an odd year so i like our chance......i pray that they could treat this season as a valuable lesson and come back stronger than ever before. Wake up RC, do your homework first than u can touch the pepperoni pizza.
