My advice to you is to go to the Doctor and get some antibiotics. A year ago I was finishing and contacted Salmonella by handling a Turtle I caught by accident. I must of not washed my hands. I started off with headaches, diarrhea, and nausea. After the second day, my spine started hurting and I was really miserable. I couldn't sit in one spot without moving to find a comfort spot.
Go to doctor and quick before this bacterial infection gets to your spine.

whatever it is, get it taken care of quick. A girl I worked with had food posioning and a liver infection and was out of work for a good month.
