What's with the hate for the spurs? That's something i've never understood. The Spurs are full of players you'd expect most people would root for and support considering a lot of them (Manu, Bowen, TP, Udoka, Oberta) have had to overcome a lot of adversity and prove the doubters wrong to get to where they are. The Spurs are the ultimate underdogs, whether it's the players that make them that or the small market city of SA itself, and how all that fails to ingratiate them with more basketball fans outside of SA is beyond me.

the only guy i dont really like on the spurs is parker. now im not trying to turn this into a parker debate thread, and i will not comment any further in this thread about parker, but i just feel he is overrated, and has an extremely limited skill set, as well as a quiet, annoying iness, kinda like Tom Brady has, and it irks me to no end.

but i like Duncan, Ginobili, Finley, Bowen, Barry, etc... all alot.
