We did put an Iverson Jersey on the William Penn statue on top of City Hall back in 01 when the Sixers made it to the Finals. Actually, I think they just put a Flyers jersey on him last month when they made it to the semi finals, and a McNabb Jersey on him when the Eagles made it to the Superbowl...hmmm maybe it's a jinx.
Is it one of the decorated cows they made and sold several years back? I remember them in Houston on display. They were giant cows that were decorated with various themes, displays. I remember the Starry Night cow, because it was at the HEB I shop at. They were all over the city for a month or so.
They had a tour of them, and then sold them to raise money for cancer research, I think.
