The ranch belongs to my fiances mom and step-dad who give their kids free reign of the place and the house in Leakey he bought with money from the sale of another piece of property.

But of course, I better enjoy it while I can since he'll leave me (after we get married) for the 20 year old blonde down the street. Actually, I think she's already 21, so he may have missed his window.

But seriously, the things we do have, and have access to, we are very grateful for. Our big splurge this year was buying Fiesta Texas passes for all of us and we're hoping to be able to spend a couple of weekends at the beach.
