1. Vader. The combo of mitoclorians and cybernetics trumps Jenova cells. Besides, it's right there in Episode 4: The ability to destroy an entire planet is nothing compared to the power of the force. Suck it, Meteor.
2. Incredible Hulk. He's the strongest one there is. Also, with the cost of diesel I doubt Optimus can afford to fill up the tank. Hulk would outlast him, and then smash.
3. Master Chief. Boba Fett's got a strong fan following, but empirical proof shows he's just not much in a straight up fight. His combat highlights from Episodes 5 and 6? He trades blaster fire with Luke in Bespin with no result, he gets his gun cut in half because (genius that he is) he lands right next to the guy swinging a lightsaber, and finally dumped into the Sarlac Pit by a blind man. Cake walk for the Chief.
4. The Enterprise. Better crew, and its captain got way more ass.
5. Mothra. Monster vs monster its a push, and the tie break goes to secondary characters. The Japanese version of the Doublemint Twins blows a pack of Abercrombie models armed with digital camcorders out of the water.
6. Balrog. Much like the real Mike Tyson, the cyber version benefited from weak opponents. They all got beat by a 5 foot tall guy that he was able to take down with one punch.
7. Jobs, because I'm too lazy to look up Ballmer is.
8. Professor X, although Hawking might make a decent showing if his chair is really equipped with the boxing glove and helicopter rotors as shown in the Simpsons.
9. Boo Berry, because there has to be an upset somewhere on the list.
10. I will never bet against Kori Ellis. In fact I have $20 bet in Vegas on her winning this fight, a producer Grammy, a screenwriting Oscar, a Best Actress Emmy, a Tony for lighting design, and the next Scripps National Spelling Bee.

Hulk is one of the lamest heroes ever. Seriously just stupid story and everything.
I don't ready too much about the Hulk. Only ones I read were when Wolverine was 1st intrdouced and he fought him, his crossover against Superman, and the times he would team up with Dr. Strange/Silver Surfer, but they made Hulk ridicously strong, all Hulk has to do against Prime is walk up to him and tear him, I mean he's a robot for gods sake.
