From what I read, seems like a good pick in the second round because of the fact that he might not be ready until another two years.
If this doesnt look like a perfect draft and stash with our final second round pick.....I dont know wat else is

yea if he's there when it comes down to it....i say take him, this is a perfect case of low risk HIGH reward....if all works out, in two years we have a solid backup point who can create his own shot.....and can play some D
I'm not svure the Spurs have the time for a draft and stash move again, but we'll see how things shvake out.
This looks like a player who isn't eligible to be drafted this year...
The report notes the following amongst his weaknesses:
"Being from Russia, he has some hurdles to cross as a number of recent Russian players (besides AK47) have struggled to make the transition to the NBA/USA culture ..."
