Only if Mayo goes #3...
Clippers and Sonics swap 4 for 7

The 2008 NBA draft is still a couple hours away, but the wheeling and dealing is already in high gear.
Sources close to NBADraft.net say the Seattle SuperSonics and Los Angeles Clippers will be swapping spots in the lottery.
Seattle, who has its eye on Stanford center Brook Lopez, will move down to No. 7 while the Clips, desperate for backcourt help, will likely select Russell Westbrook at No. 4.
The Sonics will pick up L.A.'s 2009 first-round pick (protected) in exchange for the three-spot drop.
The rest of the deal is still being hammered out, but look for an official announcement during tonight's draft.
Stay tuned to NBADraft.net for further updates as this story develops.

Swapping 4 for 7 and vise versa in this draft is really no biggie.
Sheeyit.
Update:
Clippers And Sonics Agree To Trade If Mayo Goes To 'Sota
Jun 26, 2008 4:26 PM EST
Provided the Wolves take O.J. Mayo at No. 3, the Sonics and Clippers will swap picks and Los Angeles will also send a protected pick in 2009.
If Mayo isn't drafted at 3, the deal is off according to two sources close to the information.
The Clippers are expected to take Eric Gordon with the fourth pick.
The Sonics will take Brook Lopez or Jerryd Bayless at No. 7.

If its only a top 5 protected this is great. If its top 10 protected then not so much.
What about if Mayo is taken 2nd and Beasly third!?
He is making our current guys look pretty ordinary, eh?
This deal has been shot down. Sonics staying at #4 for now.
Uh oh, the "Presti is a ing genius" threads will have to be put on hold.
