    I'd say that this,

    pretty much confirms what every Spurs fan says - we got HOSED by the league.

    Yeah, I'm bored of Free Agency already...

    Except that Fish got the shot off in time. He didn't catch, set and shoot. Besides, that shot didn't end the series.

    There should have been 0.8 seconds on the shot clock.

    That, too. Still, he got it off in .4 if memory serves. The game ended the right way.

    it is a physcial imposiblity to catch a ball,turn around and release a shot in .4 seconds.

    impossible.

    .4=blink of an eye

    I went through that play with my PVR the night it happened. Duncan's shot did indeed go through the hoop with .8, so this is all academic, but Fish got it off in .4. The clock didn't start exactly at the right time, but from the time he caught the ball to the time it clearly left his hands was less than 4 tenths of a second.

    I was looking for a reason to complain about the call because I didn't think it was possible. I WANTED to have a reason to say that the shot wasn't legit. I never found one.

    By the way, Fisher didn't catch, turn and shoot. He caught it and threw it in a single motion while turning. That's not the same thing.

    Get over it.
