Yeah, Rice and Hite are very good summer league players. Rice is basically Bonner with a tan. Hite would be in the NBA if he could put down the beer can.

Will the SL games be on tv, if so where?
NBATV will air 23 of the 53 scheduled games.
To my knowledge, only one of the Spurs games is on the televised schedule (July 16 vs Knicks at 3pm)

Actually that TV schedule is just for the Summer League in Vegas (half of our games). We could end up with some of our games at the RMR on the tube, but I don't think the TV schedule has been released for that.
Do you know if the games will be available on-line to watch, like NBA League Pass Broadband does?
