Please come to the San Antonio Spurs. I'm sure by now that everybody has talked to you about the tough but fair coach, the best PF in the history of the NBA and the fun packed international locker room.
But the main reason, no make that the only real reason, why you should consider making San Antonio your home is their fans. Forget anything you have seen and experienced so far because we are second to none. This will become obvious the moment you announce your decision to join our favorite club. People will kiss the earth you walked on (among other things) and start numerous threads in several forums comparing you to Michael Jordan, Magic Jonhson and Kareem Abdul Jabbar (concluding in a fair and do ented fashion, that none of the aforementioned players are good enough to even be mentioned in the same sentence as you), but that will be only the tip of the proverbial iceberg sticking out of an ocean of topics discussing the Spurs' next 3 LOB trophies, where they should build an extension to the AT&T center for their display, who on the Spurs will undoubtedly be the finals MVP and the % of probability that the Spurs will win 82 regular season games during the next 3 (maybe 4) years (it should be somewhere around 89%).
If by any chance you would happen to miss your first FG during a pre-season game we (the above mentioned best fans in the NBA) will crucify you alive in the media, bars and internet forums of San Antonio. We are extremely good at this and quite fast. The first "Trade Corey" threads will appear even before the ball reaches the basket. But don't worry those will be short lived - they will however be followed by increasingly meaner threads, where we will dissect your lifestyle, form, technique and motivation piece by piece, tacking great pleasure and pride in surpassing the level of nastiness posted by the previous poster. Photoshoped pictures of you will appear, depicting you in all sorts of embarrassing poses ranging in style from gay porn to circus freak shows. We might stop at bestiality but, just as with your playing time with the Spurs, there is not guarantee.
