According to Michael Moore, President Bush spent so much time on vacation, he wansn't dou=ing the job of a president. His examples lead to president Bush fulfilling less than half of a term that he was appomited to by the supreme court... Not elected!
President Bush was only elected for his second term. Since he only fulfilled half of the first term, he can run again.

But this article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.
Section 2. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Cons ution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years from the date of its submission to the States by the Congress.

They say Gore was elected, Bush was selected. With so much vacation time believed by the "Moore-ons" he fulfilled less than two years. Elected once in 2004. He can run again for 2008!and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.
Besides, I say this with humor. The two loopholes (selected and vacation time) only apply in some lib s minds, but would surely be changed should president Bush announce a run for another term.
it'll never happen. what will happen, is a declaration of martial law and cessation of upcoming elections for national security interests.
