From what I see online it is very hard to find in the states. Found a link for online but it's pricey

Went to Jamaica on my honeymoon and I loved the out of this on all of my Pina Coladas. It's called Sangster's Jamaican Rum Creme and was just wondering if anyone out there makes an equivalent to it or if possible can I get some more here in town somewhere. Does Bailey's make Rum Creme? Thanks guys.

You could do what my husband does. He makes his Pina Coladas with Malibu Rum and adds a scoop of vanilla ice to it when he puts it in the blender. That gives you the creamy consistency and taste of Rum Creme.
Sounds like a good idea. gotta try that one. But first things first, me and my wife need to go by a blender.
So is that vanilla ice?
Or vanilla ice cream?
Just curious, I'm gonna give this idea a shot here.
Vanilla Ice Cream...Sorry I hadn't checked this thread for a few days.

Seeing as I didn't have gastric bypass, I guess I'm ok.
