Here is all you need to know about this list: Amare is not better than KG, let alone Duncan, Dirk is not better than Duncan, and Manu isn't better than Kobe.

Your right....
PER is basically a measure of a player Offensive impact... and throw in blocks and rebounds for defense.
Thus Duncan is probly most hardly done by....
Offensively though... you could make a case for all of those comparisons u made staying as they are.. if you know what i mean.
