They a'white...but they no queen...
I asked a long time ago in the club about a song that had no lyrics and I tried my best to describe it.
I couldnt find the thread to bump it so I made this thread
Fire on High was the song
Freddie Mercury is not gay
don't care much for the video, but the song rocks...
I saw them live in Austin when they toured this album...
like i said, they're not perfect
thispego lived in his pappasons baloncestos
thispego p told me youve been perculating some new strategies lately
sarslydah?
Yeah. I still do it -- it's just hard to get the three octave stretch in the chorus in one breath.
ELO was the Milli Vanilli of the 70s. They got busted out playing partially pre-recorded in concert.
I wouldn't go that far. Everything milli vanilli did was pre-recorded. Uhhh it wasn't even their voices that were pre-recorded
I would think it was a common practice back then. Technology just hadn't gotten to the point where those kind of sounds could be easily recreated live. That's why so many bands just didn't tour much i.e. Steely Dan, Boston
sarsly. tiem for a power move.
from associated mrsmaalox press:
ELO bass player Kelly Groucutt dead at 63
Feb 20, 10:49 am ETLONDON – Kelly Groucutt, former bass player with 1970s rock hitmakers ELO, has died at age 63.
Groucutt's management said the musician died Thursday in Worcester, central England, after having a heart attack.
Formed in Birmingham, England, in 1971 by local musicians Jeff Lynne and Roy Wood, ELO — short for Electric Light Orchestra — combined rock 'n' roll with orchestral arrangements replete with string sections, choirs and symphonic sweep.
Groucutt joined ELO in 1974 after leaving his previous band, Sight and Sound. He played bass and sang during ELO's heyday as one of the world's biggest rock acts. ELO had a string of British and U.S. chart hits during the 1970s and early 1980s, including "Livin' Thing," "Mr. Blue Sky" and "Don't Bring Me Down."
Groucutt left the band in 1983 but later toured with several successor acts, including ELO Part II and The Orchestra.
He is survived by his wife Anna and four children.
Funeral details were not immediately available.

Here ya go Pego...this is about the only well known song of their you don't have posted yet...
Even though it's not official...they ought to get some kind of special award for being able to say they did a rock video featuring Gene Kelly(between a woman's legs no less).
You'll have to double click...
Exstatic has that same skew to his political views...welcome to his world.
