Barnes should be a MLE player and suns got him for minimum. Apparently he knows he is gonna get his minutes while resting hill for the playoff.

solid pick up for the suns, but its not like thats going to put them over the hump.

Definitely isn't going to put them over the hump. I see Brian Skinner being re-signed very soon and any backup PG they think they can find. However, I've watched DJ Strawberry in every summer league game and he looks really good.

I like Barnes and I hope he can provide energy when Diaw doesn't and provide rest when Hill needs it.
