Mavericks owner doesn't even like Mavs anymore. That's why he's trying to buy the Cubbies. Don't expect your team to get much better any time soon. Cuban will be concentrating on baseball if he gets his wish. He a glutton for punishment, wants to own two loser teams. I'll admit that I know next to nothing about Dallas as a city, but the six years I lived in that cesspool called Houston was six years too many. It took that long to get transfered to SA, and I proudly wore my Spurs gear to every Rockets/Spurs game while there. I'm retired now, but one of my good friends from work got transferred to Dallas about 3 months ago and absolutly hates everything about it. He said he'd rather live in the worst part of SA than the best part of Dallas.San Antonio is a mediocre city...Houston and Dallas are so much better. Also Spurs are a team in decline...any smart free agent would go else where
True, only players that are traded and forced to play with your team or drafted players or scrubs or washedout players

this threads le is legit, players don't want to play for the spurs, corey maggette turned down playing for the spurs and instead goes to the warriors who didn't even make the playoffs, why didn't barnes go to san antonio? why have no free agents gone to SA this off season. No one is attacking your team spurs fans, but accept the fact that not many players want to play in SA
San Antonio is a mediocre city...Houston and Dallas are so much better. Also Spurs are a team in decline...any smart free agent would go else where

How come 1st position getting slaughtered by 8th rank, Mavs must sucks so bad in order to do that. This year Mavs did same thing....I havent seen Dallas sign anybody significant this summer as well..no money left? Or made too many mistakes on trade? u decide.
