Just so you know Ruff...the majority of voters in this poll will probably be from Texas...but regardless of who wins in your poll......the last Democrat to win the state of Texas was Jimmy Carter in 1976(and boy did that suck).



Texas will probably go with the Republican candidate as it has every year since 1980...then again, there's been a Bush(Texan) on the ballot in every election since 1980 but one, as well.


Right now I am going to vote Obama and I don't anticipate I will change as I think the Republicans definitely dropped the ball recently(lol as the Iraq war is being won)...but I will wait until after the debates and National Conventions to make my final decision.

As a voter who is pretty much middle of the road, I just don't like the lack of experience that the Jr. Senator from Illinois brings to the table. I mean is he really the absolute best canidate the Democratic party could come up with?

I'll hold my nose and vote for McCain unless a miracle candidate drops from the sky like J.C. Watts, or Newt Gingrich, or Alex P. Keaton.

I'm not FOR McCain as much as I'm AGAINST Obama. Both candidates suck ass IMO, but I'm terrified of what Obama will do to my paycheck and my 2nd Amendment right to bear arms (or arm bears).
