You are correct, I switched over lines awhile back when Time Warner went to Comcast. Kept getting disconnected so switched over to ATT which uses the SW Bell lines. Just forgot in the heat of the moment.

The IP's aren't all logged in Europe. They are through proxy servers, anonymouse and other means to mask his IP.

I can go on a proxy server right and post to make it seem like I'm in Japan, Germany or whatever. He intentionally hides his location, so he can be anywhere.

Actually anyone that has any type of rudimentary skills in proxies can pull that off and there are plenty of programs that automatically switch proxies for you when you simply start your browser or when you "right-click" on your mouse.
