That was ed up.
He had it removed a while back and sent me these pics of it. He said it was cool if I posted them.
This is them cutting it out.

No . I can't seem to understand it. They gross me out more than anything I've ever seen, yet I can't stop looking at them.

I guess they aren't as gross as I would imagine stones would be. They just look like gold spray painted marshmallows smeared with grape jelly.

DAMN that thing is enormous!! He musta been real sick cuz there's no way those things weren't blocking his common bile duct.
And what it really looks like is when you break open a pomegranate that isn't ripe yet. That's pretty yucky.

It is weird that it's so gross but you have to keep looking. Kind of like the car wreck you can't help but look at.

How old is he and what did he weigh?
About a pound or so less than he did before the surgery.
He's 29 and is about 5'7 265lbs.
He is a daily drinker and doesn't like veggies so eats terribly. I'm sure he will be dead soon.
You'd be surprised, i got a cousin in his fifties and he's about proportional to your friend
