i guess it depends what type of ball youre playing. when i go i play with mostly college caliber players and it gets pretty compe ive. last time i gave it my all in 100 degrees i was sick for days

If I'm going to play....when I say play I mean run around for 20 minutes and collapse until someone brings me the pipe, bud and a beer...I start with half a 32 oz of Orange or Green and then fill it back up with water so its half an half.

The key is drinking half upfront without getting that sloshy feel. Hydrating before activity makes all the difference. Doesn't do much good once your ass is beat down tired.

this thread is really hitting home, im moving to henderson Nevada and its 115 degress there most of this month, there is a nice little court right at the front of my community but i doubt it gets much use in this heat.
