I just happen to think that letting people use the word gay as a synonym for something that's not to their liking is the equivalent of someone thirty years ago saying "hey why don't you stop acting like a ######." Neither one is right, and there's no reason to defend either one.

How about doing a couple of revolutions and then just lettiing one hand go and do a full revolution with only one hand before grabbing the bar with both hands again?
