How did you prove he wasn't a defensive liability? He can't rebound for his height and he gets winded from trapping the pick and roll and chasing other players out of the post in the Rockets defensive schemes.

Also Yao rebounds well for his size, he would be better if he wasn't so damn tall........his height hurts him, because he can't move as well, but he is a good rebounder and he out rebounds Dwight everytime they play.

It's not just Dwight dumbass.....the only reason I brought his name up is because he's thought to be the best rebounder in the NBA. You can pull up just about any big man that Yao goes up against.........and he out rebounds him.

You have yet to post that he is. Just team defensive stats that have little to no correlation to Yao's defensive prowess, or lack thereof. The man has little lateral quickness, can't rebound for his height, can't play heavy minutes and stay on the floor. He's a gifted and nearly dominant offensive center and a mediocre defender. As it is, he's arguably the best center in the league, but that's more of a commentary on the state of the NBA than Yao. No need to get sand in your vagina because not everybody is in complete awe of him.
