Jordan's a far superior defender to Bryant. You could throw Jordan on Pierce or Allen instead of hiding Bryant on Rondo. Jordan is also the ultimate finisher at the rim, and no one (or four) keeps him out of the lane. With Jordan instead of Bryant, no way LA takes more than 6 to win the series.

Laker fans are ing stupid using the weak supporting cast excuse. Kobe lost them that series. All season and all playoffs that supporting cast was huge for them, and they were the deepest team in the league last year. Every NBA writer picked them to beat Boston, because none of them anticipated Bryant pulling an 04 Kobe again.
