The ones are because mommy is a stripper.
Some parent just brought her twelve year old kid to make a purchase.
He bought a $132 item and paid for all but $20 bucks of it with one dollar bills.
The other day someone paid an associate of mine for a $20 item in quarters.
They make larger bills for a reason people.
The ones are because mommy is a stripper.
whats wrong with that? it's all legal tender. good for them for not contributing to the cashless society.
If I got to keep it, I would feel that way too.
But seeing as I have to count it and hand it in at the end of the day...
Although while I would accept cash however people want to gift it to me, I don't like carrying around a bunch of one and five dollar bills.
You don't have a machine that counts the bills/coins for you?
I hate pennies.
you have to count the money!!!?!?!?!?!?! horrors
There is nothing wrong with it.
It just feels unprofessional and not courteous to me to hand someone a stack of cash to count, when it can be avoided.
At least the banks have those cash counting machines which makes things a little easier.
i hate having 1 dollar bills, i end up spending my money on stupid .
when i got a larger bill, i am cheaper
No. It's not a big deal except during Christmas when there is a lot of cash and we work long hours.
That is the only time I tend to have to recount.
How do you know if could have been avoided? Sounds to me that you're being lazy. You don't like doing your job, quit or shut the up. The ing nerve...and you guys are gonna be running this thing? We're in deep .
Waaaaaaaaaaa
That kid probably saved for a really long time to make that purchase ...![]()
It could have been avoided.
The kid could have taken his mom to court for a bigger allowance ( more than a dollar a day) like that Canadian kid took her dad to court to get out of being grounded.

Hey jerkoff, use manners when talking to my sweetie.![]()
Yeah, one time when I was working at HEB, I had an obviously homeless individual come through my line with some honest food basics. Bread, sandwich meat, that kind of stuff..
The total came out to like 3 and a half dollars, and the lady started shoveling change out of her pocket, mostly pennies. Not only did I have a huge line forming behind her, but I could tell that she probably didn't have enough pennies even to cover the few bucks, so I insisted that she keep her change and I would cover the sale. She was very taken aback at first, but ended up being extremely grateful.
I put in a few dollars I had left over from lunch, and was like 50 cents off on my till for the day. But I'm pretty sure that few dollars meant a whole lot more to her than it did to me, even at minimum wage.
As for this lady and her kid, sounds like she needs to teach the kid how Banking works before she teaches him how Shopping works, and have those Ones traded in for a real bill.
That was really nice of you.
That poor kid probably saved his allowance to buy whatever it was, and all you can give is grief... shame on you Angel
Take ur change to the grocery store. They have machines there that count it for u in minutes for 8 percent.
I don't care what race, sex, class, or religion you are; the golden rule should always apply.
Do unto others....![]()
that was probobly his allowance and was bringing it in.
Not very understanding of you Angel....
That was my point.
I wasn't blaming the kid. He was obviously excited about his purchase and had worked hard for his money.
I pitched the products directly to the kid and gave him one of our promotional items as a bonus.
I think it is important that kids learn how to do business for themselves, so I like it when parents allow their kids to do the talking.
Or him paying for it with the money he saved up is teaching him a lesson?
Singles are great. Are you telling me you're going to go into the strip club with a fistful of twenties? ing richer!
