Actually, under certain cir stances, its legally ok for a 18 year old to sleep with a 16 year old. Its an affirmative defense if the girl is under 17 but the guy is within 3 years of her

In Texas. May not stop the parents from reporting you, the cops arresting you, you having to make bail, hire a lawyer, ect ect but you likely would be able to beat it in court. And it must be within 3 years. So if your 18 and 11 months and she just turned 15, its not a defense.

(e) It is an affirmative defense to prosecution under
Subsection (a)(2) that:
(1) the actor was not more than three years older than
the victim and at the time of the offense:
(A) was not required under Chapter 62, Code of
Criminal Procedure, to register for life as a sex offender; or
(B) was not a person who under Chapter 62, Code of
Criminal Procedure, had a reportable conviction or adjudication for

(2) the victim:
(A) was a child of 14 years of age or older; and
(B) was not a person whom the actor was
prohibited from marrying or purporting to marry or with whom the
actor was prohibited from living under the appearance of being
married under Section 25.01.
No it's not OK and if her or her parents get mad and turn you in you will be a sex offender for life.
first of all you'll look re ed for dating a sophmore if you're a senior... even more re ed if you just graduated this past semester. nothing like going to college and having a pre-drivers license girlfriend at your side.
with that being said i think age restrictions on relationships are archaic... im not saying im prowling the malls looking for pedoass... but i do think that if 2 people are in the relatively same age group and relatively same level of maturity then it should be ok.
