I'm also a big fan of his posting in every radio thread and mentioning, "hey, then when I'm on the show" and adding a "" after each one of these comments to pretend he was only joking when if you've read more then one of his posts you'll immediately recognize that he is indeed not joking but rather throwing the bait out there and hoping and praying for a bite.
Of course we know that this will never come true based on his previous radio gigs..........which amount to calling into a second rate radio show in a second rate radio market and going on and on and on and on and on and on and on about what happened with the Spurs in the mid 80's.
Finally, what makes it all come together is that the dude looks like he eats small children on a regular basis and drinks whiskey straight from the bottle.
Sorry Tpark, I know you are in LA or Chicago or some other random city that 90% of us have been to and no one gives a about and you are dying to attract attention to yourself so that everyone will know exactly where you are, but this all had to be said.

that isn't what I'm saying. I'm saying that if they are indeed doing this on purpose (it happened again this morning), what they are doing is trying to separate the parties and associate them with a race. They won't come out and say it, and you may not think you notice it, but by doing it every day I think it get stuck in your brain. I don't think it affects everyone, but it pushes the people that have a hard time with Obama's race towards McCain. How could anyone tell me it couldn't do that? If a white guy in Kansas, who normally votes Democrat, but is having reservations about having a African American President watches this every day and has come to associate Democrats as the Black party, and Republicans as the white guys- what do you think that will do? I mean race isn't a big deal to some people- but it is a big deal to alot of people, and a news network playing on that is shameful

I agree, Fox News is pure when it comes to politics. The sheer fact that their slogan is "Fair and Balanced", is just priceless. Terrorist fist bump?Their illegal immigration agenda makes Lou Dobbs look like the Mayor of San Fransisco.
Cable news is saturated with blow hards, male and female, who all think opinion their opinion is right, who think their opinion is better, who think their opinion is fact. On top of that, this talking heads get to express it 24/7.

I love the fact that all of you Fox News haters are using all of the reasons I don't watch CNN, MSNBC, and the networks (CBS, NBS, ABS, etc...) for my news.
When I see any of those sources listed on a news story, I assume there's going to be a liberal bias and I move on. I don't , moan, and whine about it ad nauseaum. If you don't want to watch Fox News, DON'T. Who gives a ?

I'm not saying Fox is against Obama- because Rupert Murdoch has publicly started he supports Obama, and he owns Fox- I am however saying that Fox is trying to rile people up about the election and basically making a mockery of it- as News Corp does with everything they touch. Has anyone checked out a New York Post headline lately? They are in the entertainment business, not the news business.

Nope. missed that. I was out at a friends ranch.
I spend much of my time at the University I usually ready the paper or use the www to catch up on the news. But I was curious to see for myself what all this FOX news talk I read in here is all about so I went to the break room here at work and watched about 10 minutes of FOX news just now. They had a lady fill in for Bill on the Factor and all I heard was how Obama is a whiner, and how McCain is leading in the poles, etc.....
this lady had nothing good to say about Obama ,and went on to praised McCain every chance she had. So I don't know where anyone in this forum gets this "fair and balanced" when talking about Fox news.
In Fox News' defense... everybody screwed the pooch on that call. I'm actually pretty glad my company didn't send out alerts when the news first broke (I heard the death call on NPR citing Cleveland.com and then the retraction about 20-30 minutes later citing the Washington Post, IIRC. Plus, AP sent out the alert kill about 10 minutes later, which was still or right around 2 p.m. CDT).
