SpursTalk gtg's

Is there any SpursTalk gtg's this week or next? I just came back into San Antonio to visit my friends and family and was wondering if there was a gtg planned.

its pretty easy
you get a group of people there (i think its like $2 to get in)
some go on one side of the net and some go on the other
then you play. its alot of fun

I said I don't see it working because Volleyball never seems fun to me when not everyone is at the same skill level... I guess that just might be me... lol honestly..

I'd rather drink and converse like a regular gtg than play volleyball, but this is just me... I see it as a better way of getting to know people in the forums, volleyball would just take time off that

We don't normally have GTG's that much in the offseason... except a couple years back a bunch of us played in a softball league together.

Other than that, we usually have a GTG for the NBA draft (we didn't this year though) and then not much til preseason.

I think they sometimes have offseason GTGs when a poster comes in from out of town.

They have to actually like the poster though.

So you, Chump & Shoog are in town??? Heck, I think some of us are going to have a "check out Rasho's scar" GTG/lunch this week. Can ya'll, or any one else make it to JB's Brew House,281 & Thousand Oaks, say, like 11:A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Tues., Weds., Thurs.???
