I disagree, look to see the ball in Jackson's hands a lot this season. Plus, they signed some decent free agents this off season.
They should be better than last season....at least.
Is Jackson going to even play? I need him to play for my fantasy team (see first post).
By the way, I got rid of Joey Galloway, and picked up Philip Rivers on the waiver wire. Rivers is trade bait, and hopefully he helps me out of Favre starts screwing up and McNabb is hurt. QB is my weakest point on the team.

I picked 9th in a 10 team league. I got to thinking that there are only a handful of backs (maybe 3 or 4, really) who get the lions' share of their team's carries. It seemed to me that if you didn't get one of those guys, you were basically gambling on a player who is either injury prone or susceptible to losing his touches if you went back-heavy in the early rounds. It seemed to me that you could get the two stellar WR and still pick up serviceable backs in later rounds -- guys who will have the same problems as the backs who are seemingly going in the late first and early second. I thought about two strategies picking 9 of 10: one was to see if I could matchup a WR and a QB from the same team and double the points for their production (while risking that they'd do nothing and sink my team) but there wasn't an obvious duo to grab at the time I picked. It's a free league, so I thought I'd take the chance and see what happens with a team that has the risks at RB, but two true home run hitters at WR. We'll see how it pans out.
Drop Ahman Green and pick up Steve Slaton. You'll be happy.

I goofed since this was the first time I've participated in FF and it came about last minute. AP & Rudi Johnson have the same bye week. Plax and Moss have the same bye week as well (I think it's those two). I got the first overall pick and flipped a coin between AP and LT... I know LT is the safer pick but I think AP's ceiling is higher (no passing game).

14 team league. 1 PPR. With the points per reception, I'm happy with the MJD/Bush combo. Braylon/Santonio is also a nice combo at WR. I'm thin at both RB/WR, but that's the name of the game in a 14 team league. Overall, I like my starters, and the potential of some of my later picks.
