    Unveiling Of Oklahoma City's Team Name Set For Next Wednesday

    Oklahoma City’s new NBA team will announce its name and unveil its look next week. The team’s name, colors and logo will first appear on the team’s website at 5:00 p.m. CT on Wednesday, September 3.

    They had "Oklahoma City Outlaws" as one of the popular people's choices but after model citizens like JR Rider, I don't think the NBA would go for something like that.

    Strange you of all people shuold post that. Rider was born and raised in Cali, East Bay to be exact, and played with the Lakers after a pot bust in Atlanta.

    Unfortunately, he has no connection with Oklahoma nor is he or ever had been a resident of Oklahoma. In fact, he was recently arrested in LA if I remember correctly.

    95% of America wouldn't get it. They think a 'buffalo' is actually what they see on tv and on the 'buffalo nickle' when in fact it isn't. Talk about mass confusion.
