Bush takes out Hussein and he is interfering in internal affairs. The federal government apportions highway funds to the several states. It is up to the states to apportion those funds so don't blame Bush for the bridges. AS for the budget, Bush gave in to the liberals and created a huge perscription drug benefit for Medicare, started the bureaucratic No Child Left Behind Act and gave the farmers all of those ethanol subsidies. I never liked Nixon either, he kept up LBJ's programs and expanded them as well.
Tell me how is Mr. Obama going to provide universal health care? I saw what the NHS did in Britian and it is a joke not to mention the filithiness of their hospitals. As my friend said, if you think healthcare is expensive now, wait until it is free.
