The other day Obama did the same thing, he contrasted his campaign experience (and, actually, he is a figurehead in the campaign -- not the executive) with her being a small-town mayor. He bragged about have a mult-million dollar budget. Yet, he and you completely forget this woman is the chief executive of a State with as many electoral votes as Biden's home state of Delaware.
