Cool. I'll be voting for Palin in a couple months in hopes your scenario comes true.
After holding out making my choice I have made a decision. I was a Clinton supporter who was never 'wowed' by Obama. After she lost I was left with a choice between Republican light and far left Demo. Since the primaries ended I have leaned towards John McCain because I do think he is a man of the higest integrity and honor. I have never viewed him as a hard right lunatic and did not feel that he would try and appease 15% of the population (untlra conservatives) like Bush and Cheney did.
I like Obama alot however I did not feel he had the necessary experience right now to lead this country. I felt he would be great in 8 yrs (after a Clinton/Obama) but he was not the right choice in the present.
With all of that being said I have chosen to vote for Obama because when, not if, John Mccain becomes incapacitated I do not want palin anywhere near the White House. Anyone who thinks we went into Iraq to do God's work is not fit to lead this country. Her speech last night, while funny, was petty and unbecoming of a VP candidate. Like clockwork the conservatives lapped up her speech because she attacked liberals.
Nice job John but you lost me.
That is all.

fair enough. i'm still undecided, but know for a fact i wont be voting for obamessiden.
Like I said....this Palin's campaign now.
I hope that is exactly how her speech came across to undecideds.
we get it findog, you're liberal.
No, I'm not. I'm just a thinking person.
Come on GGA, you haven't said one positive thing about a republican since I've joined this site. This is as ridiculous as Whott saying he was undecided and then all of the sudden decided he was voting for a republican. Everyone knew who you were going to vote for already, including you.
They tell you to think with your brain and not heart,
I am here to tell you that is not smart.
Your heart will bring change and hope and change.
Thinking with your brain will make you a bubba on the range.
i do have one question, GGA? in all seriousness, what feeling did you get when obamessiden quoted Scripture during his speech?....and quoted very loosely at that.
if i'm not mistaken he did it twice in his speech. how does that differ from palin's statement?
Mmmmmmm Hmmmmmmm...
Love me some rappin' Obama!
Was she quoting the Bible when she said the Iraq War was a mission from God? That must be in the apocrypha (Book of Cheney, perhaps?).
you might well be, but don't full anyone that you have a bias towards liberal ideology.
You're definately not a barometer.
Using scripture as a defense and grounding of a moral compass is a far cry from justifying a war as God's will.
You want to talk about arrogance? Who the is Sarah Palin pretending to know what God's will is?
Who else is there left to vote for? Or will you just not vote...
Don't you mean "Obamarometer"?
*insert rimshot*
Alaska has Mount McKinley, which puts Palin closer to God than the rest of us.
Thank you, Colbert.
i'm going to vote, but i don't feel all that comfortable yet. no candidate will ever be totally in line with what i or anyone believes.
I see you've been spending a significant amount of time with Mary Jane.
maybe palin isn't ashamed of what she believes
if youre an obamicon you have no ground to question anyone's arrogance.
i don't believe i asked or insinuated that, but thanks for playing
