Reynolds is Adam Dunn Lite. Get used to it. I hope I'm wrong for his sake. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Arizona's staff scares the out of me. The offense, not so much. Dunn does own the Cubs, FWIW. On the bright side for Arizona, it's not like you gave up much for him.

Also, Reynolds is earning his walks. (Last time I checked, .242/.320/.480; 53 BB, 174 SO.) Obviously, no one is intentionally walking him. Dunn has a reputation for a "good eye," but I wonder. Ignoring intentional walks, it seems like pitching Dunn four balls near the outside corner is a damn sound strategy.

I can live with that. Dunn moves to left, Upton to right and Jackson to first.

Not yet. They can't sell low like they did with Quentin and Hairston last season. Young should get this, next and maybe another full season before a trade of him is even considered. He's too good defensively, has too much power potential, too much speed on the bases and is far too young to simply be brushed over.

Dunn at first is a bad idea for a number of reasons. Jackson is a better 1st-baseman and Dunn has played outfield for longer than Jackson has, so the transition for each would be better if Dunn moved to leftfield and Jackson back to first.

Don't care one way or the other, but he's got a mid-level contract that may be needed to keep Dunn, depending on any potential Byrnes trade and just how much of his remaining 20 million the Diamondbacks will have to pay.

I'd trade Tracy for a quality second-baseman, if I can't resign Hudson (only if Byrnes is traded and Dunn is let go) or Eckstein (possibility if he proves capable).
