what I just found out was Biden also made a lipstick crack today too. When referring to Palin's record he said not even lipstick can cover up that record.
You're a smart guy, Obama made a mistake. Does it mean he should lose the election over this, no. I have a whole host of other reasons to vote against the guy, the lipstick on a pig faux pas is proof the guy is losing his poise.

What I find funny is that this stuff reminds me of Yoko Ono suing Ben Stein for using the song "Imagine" in his movie without her permission and paying compensation. This is despite the fact that in the song lyrics it says "imagine no posessions."
Falsely implying that another campaign is racist is every bit as bad, if not worse, than Mac's staffers implying that Obama was calling Palin a pig.
I think I can say that both Obama and the McCain staff were foolish and wreckless with their remarks.
Obama never apologized for falsely attributing the racist label to McCain, and I don't expect that an apology from the McCain camp will be forthcoming either.
I really don't see why you guys are surprised by this. They are pretty much just picking up where Hillary left off. But the sad thing is that they are MUCH better at it.

Based on the audience reaction; regardless of what Obama meant - they THOUGHT he was referring to Palin.

i just think its funny how the women at work are all throwing fits about this. i mean, they had to send 3 women home because of this. its about 50/50 in here. some think he did it as an attack on palin and ALL women, the others say it was purely a "reference" that meant nothing. and THATS whats causing all the drama around here.
