its the timing of the turn and the shape of the coast thats ing things up. They forecast is really really solid up until its right off the coast. The thing is the way the bend in the coast is there it obviously doesn't take much of a turn to send it 200 miles further down the road.

Hey man I know CC isnt that big like Houston, but make sure you fill up and have a extra gas can just in case. Houston ran out of gas a few years back and people were stuck on the side of the road.
The states made arrangements so that all the gas stations are properly stocked. Hopefully it comes ashore in between Corpus and Houston. Sucks for Victoria, but that would probably be the best case scenario right now.
