And Keanu as Klaatu is the most brilliant sci-fi casting since Ahnold as the Terminator.
Anyone think this will be a good successor to the origional?
I dont like Keanu Reeves as an actor but I think this is a good role for his non-emotional character. Either way, Gort looks like he is going to kick ass with his laser beam.

the original still looks awesome. this will probably suck, but i'll just get drunk watching it i guess.
