I need to go to houston tonight...from here SA ... anyone nows what are the driving conditions??? I can't find accurate info anywhere.

I would recommend you DON'T GO. Dusk till Dawn curfew in the Houston area...IH10 in Houston is flooded and the EMS/Fire/Rescue and Police need to do their jobs so it is best to postpone trip for a couple of days.
