If so I'll make the effort to get a copy

with limited knowledge, i would have to say no. absolutely not. simply because arrested development was a gem and so underrated that whoever decided to cut it should be shot. in the head. that such a show was cancelled is inexcusable. whatever legacy, if any, this show will have, it will surely differ from that of arrested development.

There isn't one likeable or redeeming character on that show.

It's fun.

My impression was just the opposite - the characters are likeable, but it suffers from a general lack of funny.

(As opposed to Nip/Tuck, which is one of the funniest shows I've ever seen despite all the characters being obnoxious moralising es.)
