Battery Charges filed against him on Sept. 10th

From an incident on March 4th
For a minute i thought the charges were brought against him by the San Diego secondary cause he slapped their corners on sunday long.
Not really sure if he's in trouble "again," since the incident has been common knowledge for a long time. It's just that the criminal charges weren't filed until now.
He's not in trouble again.
The commissioner knew about this incident, and it was a factor of the suspension that was given to him in week 1.
This is just is ed up girlfriend trying to suck money out of Brandon.

but he's not much to laugh at since he's the best qb in the league so far.
The proper format is typically "lol" and then anything associated with the entire Denver Broncos franchise, but this season I'm seeing a lot of "lol, chargers" and "lol, colts without their offensive line" kind of threads.
I don't think the Cutler thing works so much anymore. lol, Broncos run defense would work.
Or better yet,
