It does take something away from it when you previously had all no-names.
He's a minor char though so it's no big deal. He goes well with Charlie.
he's as big a harcater as the rest. it's a 5 pony show now and i think they are all hilarious. "The Gang Gets Invincible" is probably the best episode and without devito... well i dont know... he was hilarious.

Smallville had the potential to be bought out by ABC but they went so downhill they decided to leave them alone. And after a couple years went by we see why. That show could have been 10 times what it is.

I almost choked to death cuz i couldn't breathe from laffing so hard during the part where frank and sweet dee were in the van, and frank tinted the inside of the van so they couldn't see out. hilarious
