That's a bad one, but sadly not that uncommon. We used to have people leave units like that all the time when I was in property management.
I worked in carpet cleaning for years. This is more common than you think. The funny aspect of it is that the dirtiest people are always the people that are well off. I guess it boils down to richers not wanting to clean up after themselves.
That one bottle of Tilex on the tub won't go too far. They need those 2 British ladies from BBC America to fix that.
Or usually don't have the time. But could be either.

The dust on the TV, the bathroom, and the kitty litter look legit.
This really isn't unusual. Put a few large holes in the sheetrock, and it looks like a pretty standard eviction.
I see oil and grease stains on the inner part of some of those pizza boxes. Some stuff looks fresh though
What gets me is the clean pillow on the bed. Someone in a place that bad wouldn't seem like the kind to change sheets/pillowcases.
I used to live in a really nice and somewhat expensive apartment complex here in SA. Well my neighbor next to me seemed to be doing better off than I was and even had a roommate that more than likely pitched in on the rentaroo. Well I stayed there longer than he did and I saw the aftermath of his place after he left. The guy had two HUGE hounds and a puppy and when he left the management had to leave all his windows open for about a week to let it air out before maintenance would even go inside.
When they finally did start they were piling the jacked up trim and window screens and all kinds of other stuff outside the apt. They apologized to me a million times for the mess and because I was either at work or the gym all the time I barely noticed so I told them not to sweat it. I am shocked that I never smelled anything in my place because just walking by his after the fact I had to hold my breath.

I once dated this extremly hot chick but hated going over to her house before she moved out because her mom had all these dogs and the house smelled like piss and there was piss all over the furniture so you couldn't sit down
And when you stood up you stood on piss and when the dogs pissed they pissed on piss and when you breathed you breathed in piss fumes and that made you pissed but to ignore it you drank so then you were piss drunk and pissed your pants so then your piss touched dog piss and then you threw up so then it was vomit and piss then a dog came and pissed on that so it became a piss sandwich…
There was a girl my age that lived down the street from me growing up that none of us were ever allowed to go play at her house.
Many years later her mother passed away and her father was put into a nursing home we figured out exactly why. The inside of that house was as bad as that, easily ... with both human & animal filth ... that when whoever bought that property got a hold of it they ended up just tearing the whole thing down and rebuilding.
And the mom was a school teacher ... perfectly normal when she'd be out walking her dogs and stopped to chat. Crazy.
