He should definitely play on the fact that he's a 10 year-old and he packed his and moved to Corpus.
I'd vote for him...
My 10 year old son just moved to Corpus and was elected to student council. He is running for president and wants some advice on campaign posters, material, etc... any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

he's always been real independent.
"Drill Baby Drill"
"Change For CCISD"
He could bring on a 9-year-old girl from Del Rio as his running mate or decline the school funding in favor of private funds.
And I'd have him hire B2B as his campaign manager.
Not because of any particular skills, but his rants on your son's opponents would be ing classics.
What kind of carpetbagging is this?
What school? Your son and my daughters might know each other. He better not touch them!!!
Just load her up with cans of Sprite.
First off your son needs to gather a group of friends to help with his campaign. I say he should sprinkle it up a bit and grab from different groups and ethnicities. Also he should make a bunch of promises like every student with perfect attendance and a perfect GPA will get either a new Xbox or a new PS3 along with a completely loaded iPod. Don’t worry though he goes to school in CCISD so no student will ever live up to that.
Then on his campaign posters he needs to have a picture of himself and at least 4 or 5 Hooters girls. He is 10 so his face should be at the perfect height. It might also help if he sleeps with a teacher, again this is CCISD so it is possible. This will help because kids love scandal.
Another thing that might help is to bring the Hooks in a couple times a year.
