I love hearing the crows squeal when he starts his walk in. He's the perfect example of the mental part of the game being so fragile. Franklin just beat the life out of him.

Rich was saying after his fight with Hamill how he needs to dedicate himself to putting on more muscle to be compe ive at 205. That he was fighting at only around 210 for that fight, way lower than most 205 fighters are coming in on fight night. So i'd expect Rich to stay put at 205. Unless the UFC is forcing him to go down for this fight which, they seem to love him so i would doubt that.
